首届“国家与文明”研习营招募公告

各位同学好：

为强化研究型人才培养，探索科研反哺教学的新模式，加强后备研究力量建设，吉林大学哲学社会科学研究创新团队项目“中国式现代化道路的政治学阐释”项目组、吉林大学社会公正与政府治理研究中心、吉林大学国家治理协同创新中心计划2023年8月底举办首届“国家与文明”研习营活动。

“国家与文明”研习营是开放性、研讨性的学术平台，面向吉林大学所有对现代化发展与现代国家建设感兴趣的本科生和研究生，期待参与研讨的同学在导师组的指导下，通过对相关领域内的学术文献的阅读和讨论，强化文献检索与阅读的能力，提升开展学术分析的能力和阐明学术观点的能力，助力参与者由“学生”向“学者”的转变。

“国家与文明”研习营将聚焦于现代化发展与现代国家建设这一核心主题，举办系列学术研讨活动，我们根据这一核心主题，结合每位导师的研究专长，持续推出面向经验现象、面向学科前沿、服务国家发展战略的学术研讨专题。我们计划推出“传统国家形态的现代转型”、“代表理论与现代国家”、“国家规模与均衡发展”、“现代国家认同：理论与实践”等多个专题。

首届研习营以“传统国家形态的现代转型”为主题，通过八次专题性研讨，探究何为现代国家、何为现代国家建设，传统国家何以转型为现代国家，现代国家建设何以成功或失败以及中国向现代国家转型的历史经验。

研习营以专题研习(seminar)的形式展开。主持人会在根据每期专题讨论的主题及文献设置研习的主要问题。每次活动由两名同学在阅读文献的基础上针对主持人所设置的问题作回应性报告。另两名同学则要对回应性报告进行点评与补充，最后由主持人作总结性发言。每名报告人陈述时间不超过十五分钟，点评人点评时间不超过十分钟，主持人总结性发言不超过二十分钟。

1、参与人员应全程参加。

2、所有人员在阅读的基础上参加讨论。

3、报告与点评不得超时。

首届研习营从即日起开放报名，并将于2023年8月底正式开营。研习营将为参与研讨的同学提供纸质版的研读材料。有意向的同学请扫描下方海报中的二维码报名，并根据提示填写相关个人信息，报名截止日期为5月31日晚8点。为控制研习营的人员规模、提升研讨质量，导师组将对报名人员进行面试以确定最终的研习营成员。面试的时间和地点将在报名截止日后另行通知，研习营活动结束后将为全程参与的同学颁发结业证书。
