活动介绍
“国家与文明”研习营是开放性、研讨性的学术平台，面向吉林大学所有对现代化发展与现代国家建设感兴趣的本科生和研究生。参与研讨的同学在导师组的指导下，通过对相关领域内的学术文献的阅读和讨论，强化文献检索与阅读的能力，提升开展学术分析的能力和阐明学术观点的能力，助力参与者由“学生”向“学者”的转变。
“国家与文明”研习营聚焦于新型现代国家构建与治理这一核心主题，结合每位导师的研究专长，持续推出面向经验现象、面向学科前沿、服务国家发展战略的学术研讨专题。目前，研习营已经举办四届，涉及的学术研讨议题包括“传统国家形态的现代转型”“国家规模与均衡发展”“技术与现代国家治理”“数字时代的数字政府建设”。
第五届研习营主题为“国家认同建构：理论与实践”。本届研习营将通过专题性阅读与研讨，理解政治学研究中的国家与国家认同，研讨问题包括：国家认同的概念、维度与内容有哪些？国家认同建构有何种价值？国家认同建构可能面临何种危机和挑战？国家认同建构的质量如何测量？国家权力、国家话语与国家认同之间是什么关系？国家意识形态、国家象征、国家仪式如何塑造国家认同？现代中国的国家认同建构具有何种逻辑，采用何种路径？如果你对这些问题感兴趣，欢迎加入本期研习营，共同探索这一陌生而有趣的新领域。
活动要求
1、报名参与人员除特殊情况须全程参加。
2、所有人员应在文献阅读的基础上参加讨论。
3、报告与点评不得超时。
主持人
殷冬水，吉林大学行政学院教授，博士生导师，吉林大学社会公正与政府治理研究中心、吉林大学国家治理协同创新中心主任，主要研究方向为政治学理论与方法论、中国政府与政治。

请拟参与本届研习营的同学扫描下方二维码报名，报名截止日期为2025年9月15日。本期活动将于2025年9月下旬开始，并于寒假前结束。吉林大学社会公正与政府治理研究中心、吉林大学国家治理协同创新中心将为全程参与的同学颁发结业证书。
